2. About these messages

When you opt in, Coast Technology sends SMS/MMS text messages to notify you that a new support ticket has been created in our internal Help Desk system. These are transactional, service-related messages. We do not send marketing or promotional content through this program.

3. How you opt in

Participation is voluntary. You opt in by signing into the Coast Technology Help Desk application, opening your profile settings, enabling "Text me when a new ticket is created," and entering your own mobile number. By doing so, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at that number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

4. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Coast Technology does not charge for these notifications, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

5. Opting out — reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can also turn off text notifications in your Help Desk profile. To resume, reply START or re-enable the setting in your profile.

6. Getting help — reply HELP

Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message for assistance, or contact us using the details below.

7. Delivery & carriers

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notification timing may vary.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing, and these messages contain no marketing content.
